Near mint - and fully functional - on this UNLIT version of the Blatz bubbler. Used in locales - like Michigan - where there were strict laws about lighted signs in drinking establishments. The bubbling - usually as a result of a heated bulb - is instead accomplished by a hard-wired solution. Same mesemerizing effect but no light. Would not be difficult to modify the piece so that it does light. Measures about 13.5 inches wide.
