Plusses and minuses on this iconic factory scene tray out of Milwaukee. Plusses are the overall imagery and color. Minuses are overall wear with a fair amount of rim wear and the remnants of a shellac coating that has yellowed a bit over time. It's still a VERY displayable item. Measures 18 1/2 by 15.
