Ye Olde Breweriana Shoppe

Circa 1904 on this litho out of Massachusetts. Fairly nice overall but a little staining along the bottom that has a finger-like extension up to the shoulder. A few other spots but that's by far the worst of it. There is a signature to the right of the neck - not sure of its significance or if it's original to the piece. Measures 28 by 22 including the wide frame that, if not original to the piece, certainly looks early.
