Minor overall wear on this VERY large tin sign out of Delaware. Measures 70 by 34 and has the original wood backing. Not the rarest of signs BUT this example has the reflective grit on the words "Diamond State" and "Light Beer" which causes those words to pop in a darkened environment when exposed to light.
